Yoga: It’s a Gas is hosted, directed and produced by Ellen Moschetto for GNMHealth.
Ellen M. Moschetto is a registered and certified yoga instructor, AstroVedic Meditation trainer and an accomplished stand-up comedian hailing from Boston Massachusetts.
In March of 2005, while residing in Todos Santos, Mexico, Ellen completed a 200 hour teacher certification program through the Yandara Yoga Institute. Since then, Ellen has been steadily teaching hatha yoga in the yoga studio, health club and corporate settings.
In 2007, Ellen founded the company, “A Healthy Laugh” in order to combine her knowledge of yoga with her experience as a professional stand-up comedian to make a personal yoga practice achievable and accessable to those who previously considered yoga “too hard.”
